We develop a customized solution proposal based on the data collected, before discussing it with you, taking your particular wishes and requirements into consideration. Once we have it just how you want it, we employ a simulation tool to confirm the performance of our automation solution. Then we define all the important details in a statement of work.

Special training courses are available to prepare selected employees in your company for performing necessary servicing themselves and resolving minor technical problems.
Rowa Predictive Service
To ensure your Rowa systems run even more reliably, our Predictive Service analyzes the electromechanical component information and, in case of irregularities, automatically initiates service measures, with the aim of identifying potential system breakdowns in advance and successfully avoiding them. The 24/7 monitoring of your systems and early replacement of wearing parts help to increase the availability of your systems and thereby boost their efficiency.
