Flexible working models
We want to offer each and every associate working hours which accommodate their personal needs. This includes part-time positions as well as the option of working from home depending on the role and location.
Childcare
We offer our associates assistance with childcare for children not yet in school. It is important to us that all associates with children can come to work without any concerns. For this reason, we maintain a reliable, local network and communicate with the respective facilities in the area to ensure the children of our associates are well looked after if and as necessary.
Development & further training
We are firm believers in the saying that standing still is like moving backwards. As such, we encourage each and every member of staff to participate in further development schemes such as the coaching offered by their superiors, mentoring programs, further training measures, and courses at the BD University. We start promoting talent early on: we train around 35 apprentices and students every year.
Financial advantages

To this end, we have developed and launched our own share participation program, in which both employees and the company can participate.
