The BD Rowa™ Vmotion system simplifies and streamlines in-store advertising and product communication. It enables easier point-of-sale communication via its intuitive interface and digital screens, and content can be created with just a few clicks. For example, BD Rowa™ Vmotion makes recommendation highlighting and the emphasis or double display of certain product lines possible. This means that advertising – in both the pharmacy and the shop window – is independent of the advertising materials already being utilised. Using BD Rowa™ Vmotion, the new advertising can also be displayed prominently and spontaneously. This allows for more flexibility with advertising options and reduces the storage space needed for promotional materials.
The BD Rowa™ Vmotion cloud offers numerous advantages, among them a super-fast user interface which is particularly intuitive and easy to use. Additionally, templates uploaded by BD Rowa™ can be used as well as those uploaded monthly by project partners. This content can even be personalised, or new content simply created from scratch if desired.
The BD Rowa™ Vmotion cloud is connected via interface to the dispensing robot in the warehouse and to the pharmacy ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. For the pharmacist, this results in a 360° optimisation of the display area and warehouse. This in turn allows for pharmacy in-store communication to be always up to date, more organised and better designed.
The BD Rowa™ Vmotion screens can be installed in different areas of a pharmacy, depending on the communication target or content: in the area behind the sales counter, in the self-service area or – especially for advertising messages, advisory services, special offers or pharmacy services – in the shop window. These digital displays are superior to classic communication such as display stands or posters because content creation only takes a few minutes – freeing up time to support the pharmacy’s customers. The need for printed materials is also eliminated, reducing waste. Finally, digital displays garner more customer attention thanks to their brilliant, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
BD Rowa™ has also developed a tool that makes it easier for pharmacy managers to find out how BD Rowa™ Vmotion could work for them. A new augmented reality app for smartphones and tablets allows for the two most popular BD Rowa™ Vmotion products to be virtually placed in pharmacies. In this way, it becomes easier to visualise how the BD Rowa™ Vmotion screens would appear in the physical space.
