THE CHALLENGE

As part of a new build development Nick Watts and his team wanted a solution that could grow with the pharmacy and handle the demand as it increased. He wanted to drive efficiencies in stock management and reduce wastage. For customers he wanted to provide a unique pharmacy experience and efficient service including reducing manual errors.

THE SOLUTION

The BD Rowa Vmax robot and BD Rowa Prolog has helped manage extremely busy periods and the extra workload whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy. The reports have identified low turnaround and short dated stock, which could then be redistributed to other pharmacies, reducing costs and further wastage.

Customers entering the pharmacy experience dynamic digital content being displayed on BD Rowa Vmotion screens. Content includes seasonal adverts and product information at the touch of a button or from a single swipe.
