Pharmacist Christian Flössner was the first pharmacist ever to opt for a BD Rowa™ automated storage and dispensing system. The installation of the BD Rowa™ Select took place 25 years ago – during ongoing operations. The modern concept is now complemented by two BD Rowa™ Vmotion shopping window screens. Both the robot, located in the basement, as well as the digitalization of the display in the shopping window increases efficiency and attractiveness of the pharmacy.

The demands of our customers are diverse and I attach great importance to being a premium pharmacy – regarding the appearance of our pharmacy and
the service we offer. This only works, if we constantly question and optimize the processes in the pharmacy. Without automation it would not be possible to run the pharmacy economically. The digital shopping window also plays a major role, because it attracts attention and is sales-promoting.
