Labor-Intensive Inventory Management: The existing warehouse management system (WMS) relies on manual checking and scanning of items, demanding high concentration and double-checking to ensure accuracy. This process was time-consuming and susceptible to human error.

Compliance Management: Adhering to VMD (Veterinary Medicines Directorate) regulations for maintaining accurate and auditable data for prescription orders was paramount.
