I see the importance of the pharmacy profession in recognizing people’s problems and being able to offer concrete solutions based on broad knowledge. With the concept of our pharmacy, we want to implement what is particularly important in this regard: To fully focus on the customers and the patients. At this we are supported by an automated warehouse, touch screens at the dispensing desk and the panoramic wall behind it, which we can use to communicate targeted messages.  All this makes the concept coherent all around.
