With the Rowa Crate 10 system, pharmacies can quickly and easily pick orders from their webshop, for example. All they have left to do is pack and send. The portfolio of innovations by the company from Eifel, Germany is rounded off with a range of new solutions from the digital world. This means pharmacies can now also use their familiar Rowa Vmotion screens to play moving image campaigns from over-the-counter medication and cosmetics manufacturers, thus increasing their sales. The results of the pilot phase show significant sales increases of 12 percent on average.

Tailor-made solutions for the pharmacy

Gerrit Nattler from the Elisana pharmacies took the plunge a few years ago and enjoys a successful combination of online and offline sales in his pharmacy. He also describes his experiences at the trade show stand: “We have already been using a webshop for several years, which allows us to strengthen our pharmacy’s local presence. Clients have the opportunity to collect their order in our pharmacy, or we can send the goods to them. This means we can give each client exactly the purchasing experience that they want.” 


Alongside new digital solutions, BD Rowa is also presenting its automated storage and retrieval system, which is already well established on the market and has something for every pharmacy. The portfolio ranges from the series model Rowa Smart through to the individual tailor-made solutions of the Rowa Vmax, which can be adapted to meet the client’s specific requirements.
